- 4th  Dan in the Art of Modern Farang Mu Sul

- 5th  Dan in Taekwondo (IDSC)

- 5th  Dan in Hapkido (IDSC)

- 1st  Dan Taekwondo (WTF)

- FMS-CQC-STK-Sulsa Tactics of Combat, Policial and Military Self Defense Instructor

- FMS Grappling Coach – Hap Gi Yu Sul Instructor

- FMS Kickboxing Coach – Kyuk Too Gi Sul Instructor

- Received a declaration of Recognition, from the Portuguese Ministry of the Internal Administration, for the teachings of FMS-CQC (Close Quarter Combat), to the Militaries of GNR (Republican National Guard - Intervention Force – SWAT TEAM).
The teaching of FMS Program, to the Militaries, allowed the detention of violent individuals and guaranteed less violence and less harm, for all the individuals involved.

- With World Titles in Martial Arts, in several categories.

Competitive History:

11 of December 1994-Champion in the 5th Championship of Karaté-Do Shotokan in the Village of Bombarral - Combats - Open (without weight limit).

5 of May  1995-Champion in the 6th Championship of Karaté-Do Shotokan in the Village of Bombarral - Katas-forms.

1997 - 3rd Place in Soft-Contact in International Open of Martial Arts in the Championship of the Nucleus of Taekwondo-Center Area-Peniche. 
 
1998-Champion in Breaking (Open) in the 2nd Tournament of Martial Arts for the Nucleus of Taekwondo –Center Area-Atouguia da Baleia-Peniche, award give by the hand of the Founder of the Taekwondo in Portugal (1974), the Grand Master David Chung Sun Yong 9º Dan.

1998- 4th place, participation in the VII Championship InterClube Open Of Martial Arts F.E.A.M (Spanish Federation of Martial Arts).

1999 - Vice-National Champion in Forms  in SUSKA-Portugal

1999 - Vice-National Champion in Soft-Contact in SUSKA-Portugal

2000-Champion by Teams, in the Team of  Taekwondo  of the Village Serra d’el Rei in Tournament of the Nucleus of Taekwondo of the Center Zone of Portugal in Atouguia da Baleia-Peniche.

World Cup 2000- Taekwondo-Mudo in Paris - France.

4th World Place in Breaking of Potency

6th World Place in Traditional Forms

8th  World Place in Freestyle Forms

14 of July of 2001-Vice National Champion of Full Contact in the Portuguese Federation of Pankration, Freefight, Full-Contact in the National Championship of Pankration and American Boxing (First, Soft, Full-Contact) in Tondela. - Portugal.

1 to 4 of May 2003- II International Convention of World Martial Arts Society and World Cup 2003 in Arruda dos Vinhos-Portugal.
