Brief Curricullum of Martial Arts

- Actually the Master, Kwan Jang Nim Nelson Pinto is 4º Dan in the Art of  Modern Farang Mu Sul - Master, Chief Instructor & Technical Director of Europe & Brasil - Founder & President of the International Organization, the FMS-Alliance - Founder, President & Technical Director of Modern Farang Mu Sul – Portugal -Member and one of the Masters Counselors of (IDSC) International De Alba System Confederation-EUA -Member and Representant of Farang Mu Sul, in the WMAS (World Martial Arts Society) -FMS-CQC-SULSA-STK Instructor (Sulsa Tactics of Combat), Self Defense Civillian, Policial & Militar -5º Dan in Taekwondo (IDSC) -5º Dan in Hapkido (IDSC) -1º Dan Taekwondo (WTF) -FMS Grappling Coach -FMS Kickboxing Coach -Body Guard's Course Level I (Initiation to Close Protection) and Level II (Professional Protection), by the Agency H.M Security & BodyGuards, located in Geneva-Switzerland. -Militar and Policial Self DefenseInstructor in the Police Station (PSP), train several elements of the GNR-FIAPO (National Militar Guard - Intervention Force) and elements of Prisional Guard in the city of Caldas da Rainha.

-Master Nelson Pinto begins the practice of Martial Arts at âge of 16, in November of 1993, beginning in the Karaté-Do Shotokan, meantime in Taekwondo WTF and Taekwondo Contact (with elements of Kickboxing, Boxing, Full Contact and Thai-Boxing), Kick Boxing, Full-Contact, Aikido, Hapkido and Haidong Gum-Do.

- Is first Black Belt 1º Dan was Taekwondo WTF by Grand Master David Chung Sun Young 9ºDan WTF, Founder of Taekwondo in Portugal, in the year of 1974.

-He appears in some Nationals and Internationals Articles in Journals and Magazines (TaekwondoTimes, Portuguese Boxing, Budo International, Weapons and Munitions Magazine, National Newspapers. etc...)

- He participated in several Seminars with the participation of Grand Masters with International Reputation from all over the World. - Competitor with Classifications and Titles in State, National, International and World Tournaments in several categories (Full-Contact, Soft-Contact, First-Point, Traditional Forms, Freestyle Forms, Weapons Forms, Breaking and Self Defense). -He gives interviews to the Rádio and TV, Make Martial Arts Demos in TV, schools, soirées, etc….

-He trained and lived in United States - San Francisco - Califórnia with the Founder and Grand Master Michael De Alba, where he achieve is First Black Belt (Black Sash) from the Founder of «De Alba System Modern Farang Mu Sul».

-He trained and contacted with Famous Martial Artists: Actors of martial arts, Champions, Grand Masters and Founders of Martial Arts Systems from all over the World.

-He was Assistant of the Founder Grand Master Michael De Alba in several Seminars in several points of E.U.A where they trained several entities: civilians, cops and Militars (Los Angeles Sheriffs County, Rangers, militars of Polish Army, portuguese police and militars, etc…)

-He teach in Several Schools of Modern Farang Mu Sul, Kempo and Hapkido when he was living in USA.

- In Washingtton State (Village of Spokane) of Inst. Knight,

-In City of San Francisco-Califórnia -School of Grand Master Sensei Richard Alemany 10ºdan of Kenpo Karaté and in the School of Kuk Sa Nim Michael De Alba,

-Village of Hollister-San Francisco-Ca Sa Bum Nim Patrick Schlleter (Farang Mu Sul, Farang Hapkido, Hapkido)

-In Hunttington Beach in Los Angeles (school of Master Louis Kim (Hapkido, Kuk Sool Won) and Inst. Larry Saindon (FMS) (where he train too a team of kids to compete in the tournament of Master Jimmy Kim(2002 Jimmy Kim Invitational Taekwondo Championship, Saturday,September 21, 2002) that he organizated in the Pyramid at Cal State Long Beach).

-He gives is First International Seminar in the Academy, of the Founder and Grand Master Richard Alemany 10º Dan in Kenpo-Karaté (one of the co-founders of ATAMA) to ATAMA Organization (American Teachers Association Martial Arts) in San Francisco - CA- USA in 16 of November in 2002, actually this Grand Master is living in Hawaii.

-In December of 2002 and in 2003 he open the firsts schools of Modern Farang Mu Sul in the Village of Vilar, in the Village of Cadaval, in City of Torres Vedras and in City of Caldas da Rainha- Portugal.

- He started giving Seminars and classes, in Portugal to anothers Organizations of Martial Arts and started teach, security guards, vigilants, cops, militars, body guards, prisional guards and special forces (GNR, GNR-COE, GNR-FIAPO, PJ, PSP, Comando, Airforce, Portuguese Army, etc…)

-In 17 of June in 2004 he organizated the Second International Modern Farang Mu Sul in the Village of Cadaval – Portugal with the Founder Grand Master Michael De Alba from USA. -June 18, 2004 is recognized by Grand Master Michael De Alba 8º Dan as FMS-CQC-STK Military Tactics Full Instructor, Militar & Policial Self Defense Instructor -In 20 of June of 2004, he Test for his 2º Dan of Modern Farang Mu Sul in Poland (Wroclaw) with the Founder Grand Master De Alba from USA and Master Klaus Wachsmann (Chief Instructor from Europe and Germany) and is one of the internationals FMS Instructors in the International FMS Polish Seminar. - 2º Level of REIKI in thid Healing Arts (4 Winds - Therapy, Karuna, Seichim - Egipcian ). - In 15-01-2005 he made a course of medical emergency help tactics, organized by the Red Cross of the City of Cadaval, ministered by professor Carlos Lopes from the National Medical Emergency Institute -In 5 and 6 of August of 2005 he organized the III International Seminar of Modern Farang Mu Sul, in the Village of Cadaval with the Master Instructor Klaus Wachsmann, Ex-Responsable of Europe and Germany. -In February of 2006, start the Instruction of Policial and Military Self Defense to the GNR-FIAPO in the city of Caldas da Rainha – Portugal ( Guarda Nacional Republicana- Força de Intervenção de Apoio às Patrulhas de Ocorrência,  National Republican Guard Intervention Militar Force  (FIAPO) -In 21 of July of 2006, he Test for his 3º Dan of Modern Farang Mu Sul in Portugal, with the Founder Grand Master De Alba (USA) and the Chief Instructor Terry King (USA). -In 22 of July in 2006, he organizated the IV International Seminar of Modern Farang Mu Sul, in the Village of Cadaval – Portugal with the Founder, Grand Master Michael De Alba 8º Dan.

-In October of 2006, is structured Brazilian Association of Modern Farang Mu Sul in the State and City of Saint Paul (São Paulo), by the hands of the Chief Instructor Edmilsson Macário da Silva and Inst. Athagil Ferreira, Official Responsables, of the  FMS System, in Brazil.

-In December of 2006, his teachings to the National Republican Guard is recognized, to help and prepare the Militars of this Instituition, receiving a certificate of complimentary reference of his services.

- In 23 of March of 2007, he finish the  Body Guard's Course Level I (Initiation to Close Protection) and Level II (Professional Protection) in the Agency H.M Security & BodyGuards, located in Geneva-Switzerland.

-In April of 2007, he went to EUA, train and give classes in Huntigton Beach-Califórnia until October of 2007.

- In 19 of may, 2007, Master Pinto participates in the Tournament Warrior Quest VIII in San Francisco-Califórnia-EUA, as jury and perform a Demo and also was the responsible for the Equip of competition from FMS Huntigton Beach School.

- On May 20, 2007 participate in the Black Belt Camp in San Francisco-USA, a training (seminar), administrate by the Grand Master Michael De Alba, Founder of FMS.

- June 9, 2007 go with G.Master De Alba to the 90th birthday of G.M Wally Jay (Small Cicle of Jiu Jutsu) in Oakland-San Francisco-USA.

- October 2007, organized a seminar with Grand Master Michael De Alba, in Huntigton Beach Califórnia.
 
- October 2007 move back to Portugal, where now is giving FMS Classes in the City of Caldas de Rainha.

- October 2007 begins the new structure of FMS-CQC-STK-Sulsa, in Modern Farang Mu Sul 

- February 2008, start teaching Self Defense Tactics in the Police Station (PSP) of the City of Caldas da Rainha.

- In June 2008, is under training for 2 weeks with Grand Master De Alba, in the city of Santa Rosa-Califórnia and participate in the Tournament Warrior Quest IX, on June 14 in San Francisco, participating as as jury, making a Demo with the sons of G.M Of Dawn (Thomas and Brandon) and was a competitor, winning 2 first places in 2 categories (Forms of empty hand and with weapons), in this time make the exam for 4th Dan (Master - Kwan Jang Nim) in Santa Rosa and the ceremony is accomplished in the tournament of San Francisco, where officially Master Dylan Dennert receives his 5th Dan, the Master James Of Dawn receives his 7th Dan and Master Nelson Pinto receives his 4th Dan. 
 
- On 15 of June, 2008 participate in the Black Belt Camp, a training (seminar), administrate by the Grand Master Michael De Alba, Founder of FMS, in the Mountain of Tamalpais in Califórnia-EUA.

Competitive Curricullum:

11 of December 1994-Champion in the 5th Championship of Karaté-Do Shotokan in the Village of Bombarral - Combats - Open (without weight limit).

5 of May  1995-Champion in the 6th Championship of Karaté-Do Shotokan in the Village of Bombarral - Katas-forms.

1997 - 3rd Place in Soft-Contact in International Open of Martial Arts in the Championship of the Nucleus of Taekwondo-Center Area-Peniche.    1998-Champion in Breaking (Open) in the 2nd Tournament of Martial Arts for the Nucleus of Taekwondo –Center Area-Atouguia da Baleia-Peniche, award give by the hand of the Founder of the Taekwondo in Portugal (1974), the Grand Master David Chung Sun Yong 9º Dan.

1998- 4th place, participation in the VII Championship InterClube Open Of Martial Arts F.E.A.M (Spanish Federation of Martial Arts).

1999 - Vice-National Champion in Forms  in SUSKA-Portugal

1999 - Vice-National Champion in Soft-Contact in SUSKA-Portugal

2000-Champion by Teams, in the Team of  Taekwondo  of the Village Serra d’el Rei in Tournament of the Nucleus of Taekwondo of the Center Zone of Portugal in Atouguia da Baleia-Peniche.

World Cup 2000- Taekwondo-Mudo in Paris - France. 4th World Place in Breaking of Potency 6th World Place in Traditional Forms 8th  World Place in Freestyle Forms

14 of July of 2001-Vice National Champion of Full Contact in the Portuguese Federation of Pankration, Freefight, Full-Contact in the National Championship of Pankration and American Boxing (First, Soft, Full-Contact) in Tondela. - Portugal.

1 to 4 of May 2003- II International Convention of World Martial Arts Society and World Cup 2003 in Arruda dos Vinhos-Portugal.
